- Resourcing – Phlexglobal’s team of dedicated clinical research resourcing consultants work closely with clients to meet their recruitment needs, whether on a contract or permanent basis. Matching the right individual to the clients’ needs is its priority.
- Task Force – As an interim solution, the Task Force provides skilled, qualified and industry-experienced professionals to ensure project timelines are met. It supports all areas of clinical research, including commercial and non-commercial sectors, providing resource at a moment’s notice with the appropriate individuals or teams for the tasks required. Interim support can be Phlexglobal or client-based with projects managed by either Phlexglobal or the client.
- Clinical Support Services – Supporting longer term requirements, Phlexglobal provides clients with remote operational and system support services across a variety of functions and a range of therapy areas. Support can be provided through remote access to client systems, with the work governed by client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). For clients running clinical studies, Phlexglobal provides comprehensive site management and monitoring services to cover short-term requirements or to support longer term projects, assuming responsibility for all or selected monitoring activities.
- eTMF and Document Solutions – Phlexglobal’s document management activities extend across many clients, giving the team insight into an array of system and process challenges and solutions around paper Trial Master Files (TMFs), electronic TMFs and moving from one to the other. Phlexglobal has developed a unique electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) solution, PhlexEview, allowing centralised viewing of TMF documentation across the internet. Records management consultancy and archiving services also form part of the services offered.
- Training – Bringing theory and practice together, Phlexglobal’s clinical research-focused and core skills training courses deliver practical knowledge and information. It recognises that off-the-shelf courses do not necessarily fit everyone and as such clients can tailor course topics to suit their specific requirements.
Phlexglobal was established in 1997 in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, UK. It now employs approx. 200 staff across its UK headquarters and its US office in Carlsbad, California.
