Brand Manager - Obstetrics - Office Based - West London

We are seeking a strong Product Manager with the capabilities to really drive our clients brands forward. The successful individual will be working for an pharmaceutical organisation which will give them the autonomy to be creative and shape the future of these brands. This is a truly accountable role where you will have ownership for your portfolio.

Main Role Responsibilities:
• Development, execution and ongoing review of product strategy to meet plan and increase sales and market share
• KOL and Advocacy development including Symposia and Conferences
• Creation of effective campaigns including materials
• Involvement in the creation of clinical research projects and working cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant information is implemented into the plan ASAP
• Working as an extension of the sales team – working to one goal for the brands, also involved in contract negotiations as required

Essential Role Requirements:
• You will have current working knowledge of the marketing planning process within a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment
• Experience of developing tactical and strategic marketing plans
• Have experience of managing projects through the full life cycle
• Understanding of the evolving NHS and awareness of the various customer groups and external political influences
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• ABPI qualified and have experience in a pharmaceutical marketing role
• Be commercially astute and aware of ROI for all projects
• Flexibilty - adaptabilty and problem solving ability – need to respond quickly as required
• Full UK driving licence with a MAXIMUM 3 penalty points

Ideally you will have:
• Been educated to degree level
• Sales or marketing experience within womens health, reproductive health would be advantageous (although not essential)
• A track record of success in both sales and marketing roles
• Strong IT skills
