I’ve been working in digital recruitment for the biopharmaceutical and medical equipment markets for over ten years. I ran the pharmaceutical portal InPharm and managed the  recruitment advertising services at Wiley Pharmafile, before taking over as director at the European market leader emedcareers.com in 2007.

I keep closely involved in recruitment affairs at an industry level – having served on the Resourcing Special Interest Group at the Institute of Clinical Research since 2006, and taking part in regular events with a number of other trade bodies.

Outside of pharma recruitment, I’m a keen sportsman – from rugby and football, to scuba diving and hiking – though most of my time seems to be taken up by my three kids at home in Bath!
