To achieve this, we are on a journey of building a world class engineering function supporting our Customer Data Master (CDM) Platform team. The role will take part in the definition of the CDM strategy and execution of the CDM engineering strategy and deliver the technology capability, in line with the Corporate Engineering (CE) strategy which includes evolving our current master data capability. * Lead and scale a senior engineering team (currently 5, growing to ~10) to design, build and operate the MDM , CDM and Customer 360 platforms as a product, with clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and a roadmap aligned to business value.
