We are seeking a positive, supportive and experienced Regional Support and Wellbeing Manager to strengthen support for our Local Managers and help promote a sustainable, professional and positive working environment across our services. The role will focus on supporting managers to plan, prioritise, manage risk, promote staff and tenant wellbeing, share good practice and maintain high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with the Director of Services, Director of Care and Head Office, the successful candidate will provide additional capacity, guidance and practical assistance to Local Managers, particularly during periods of operational pressure, service reviews, inspections, audits, safeguarding matters, staffing challenges, new service developments and service changes.
