      Job summary - An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established Lung Nurse Team. You will assist the Clinical Nurse Specialists to implement Holistic Care Needs Assessments and care for patients affected by Lung Cancer from pre-diagnosis to transition to palliative care. The post holder will be required to work with senior staff to support and ensure that the patient and carer experience is central to every stage of their care pathway. The lung team offer clinical, social and emotional support using a holistic approach to each patient and their families. Main duties of the job - We are looking for a confident and dynamic team member with excellent communication skills and an in quality improvement and service developments. The successful candidate will be a key support for the team, patients and their families
